try not to save MB in the first render ... you should export from premiere at high quality so that the video has no pixels is perfect ... and then compress that video maybe just compress it twice

the file was 300MB I have use first the free video converter call "Miro Video Converter" and file its go around 180 MB after i have use a mp4 compressor online www.freeconvert.com in the settings
