Since Sunday is a day I spend with my family doing activities together, we made a special pancake batter as a treat to go along with the day. What makes this pancake batter unique?<br />

I divided the mixture in half because I had made a lot and didn't want to spend the entire day in the kitchen. I then added some blueberries I had on hand, 1/2 tsp. of baking soda, and 1 tsp. of lemon juice, mixed them together, and then transferred the mixture to a baking sheet that had been lined with baking paper. <br />
