Successfully returned from our 2 week roadtrip that took us all the way from Vancouver/Squamish, to Cranbrook, and back up the Shuswap Valley. I can't imagine a better way to have spent my time, nor can I think of a better person to have spent it with.

Although this has been a magical week, it's time to get back to reality and find a job and start doing adulting things. I have a really bad habit of getting depressed and unmotivated when I'm alone, which is right now 😶. There is another camping trip planned for the end of this week, so perhaps it's best to wait until after that to start to get back to reality. One day, it would be magical to be able to support myself and continue to travel and see the world. But until then 💜

Also have started my social media cleanse, I've already eliminated Snapchat and mostly Facebook from my life, and I gotta say it feels amazing. I'm not sure about other people, but I personally was spending so much time trying to build up my social media presence, giving so many fucks about what filters to choose and what caption would get the most attention, it's mindless and ridiculous. I would end up spending more time posting about how great of a time that I was having, often I would forget to actually experience whatever the situation was. I need to live more in the now, and by dropping those 2 platforms, it has already made a huge difference in my wellbeing.

I'll end this post now with some beautiful flowers that I found in Vancouver, they reminded me of Alice in Wonderland!
As always, I appreciate you all & thanks for time out of your day for me.
I love you all
