It has been some time since i last saw a train panel, i say train panel as this is a common term used in London to describe this, i came across this panel in Baker Street train station and it is often the case that trains would be taken out of commission to get cleaned/buffed so most train panels are seldom seen in London, the artist goes by the name "Saone" and must have been pleased to see his work get seen.
