Just making a short post to say I'm still here, still gardening and still Steeming. The most I can manage is reading through various posts to keep my mind off of our present situation. I am really struggling with my depression and to compound things, my family has been battling with financial demons, bent over backwards. Over the weekend my wife's car has broken down and is now headed for the scrap yard.
The night it happened our CAA tow driver left our car in the middle of the road. The car had to stay there from Saturday till Monday at noon due to CAA's lack of weekend supervisors. Thank goodness it WAS in the middle of nowhere or there would be additional fines to deal with. Cleared things up with them since it was our last free service call so we could get the car towed to a shop, hoping for the best.(A new set of control arms) As it turned out the frame had rusted away and we lost the control arm, plus the exhaust system was completely sheered off right past the bolts. As we sometimes say "Tu es finit!"

On a happier note my spaghetti squash is still happy for now in the wilds of my garden!

As we also sometimes must say "count the many things we are grateful for in life and the list will usually be longer then that which we are not grateful for." Because it's not like I've got money to pay bills, go on a vacation, or something actually helpful! So thanks for letting me get this off my chest, and I promise I will finish a proper gardening article soon!
