It
was
supposed
to
be
an
easy
going
day
but
the
show
must
go
on.
Woke
up
at
5am
as
usual
-
did
some
light
stretching
and
went
balcony
garden.
Reaped
a
few
more
tomatoes
hoping
read
potatoes
soon.
Running
around
with
your
kids
is
good
exercise-
try
it!
I
got
moving
towards
work
about
30
minutes
walk
between
changing
4
trains.
spent
tube
dance
club
school
after
which
bit
of
cycling.
After
took
long
train
riding
from
another
gig.
actually
do
get
in
steps
on
by
walking
back
all
way
front
car-
that’s
quite
steps.
All
indeliblevibration
day.
