on this social network, you cant have more than hundred percent voting power. it waits for your power to be nearly full, then votes other members of the group to prevent that waste.
it prevents abuse by tracking who votes and whos received votes, if you post every so often you should be able to get what you can get from it. it will slow down when youre overpaid and speed up otherwise, you will get all your outstanding votes as fast as possible so all you have to do to catch up with votes is keep posting.
