Why is it great??
on hive, you cant have more than hundred percent voting power. it waits till that point, then votes other members of the group to prevent that waste.
how is this determined
your position for a vote is determined by how many votes has been produced on your behalf, if you post every so often you should be able to get what you can get from it. you will get all your outstanding votes as fast as possible, ot makes a best effort to keep you on track numerically with the other users so all you have to do to catch up with votes is keep posting.
as your account grows, so will the votes you receive
