on this network, your voting power can not go over 100%. it waits for your power to be nearly full, then prevents that waste to support the group.
how is this determined
it prevents abuse by tracking who votes and whos received votes, just keep posting and it will give you your outstanding votes. you will get all your outstanding votes as fast as possible, ot makes a best effort to keep you on track numerically with the other users so if your unavailable to post for a while your account will remain active voting, and you can come back and enjoy more votes.

we use standard authentication mechanisms provided by the blockchain, we use standard singing tools as provided by the blockchains documentation, you can leave at any time, the tools we use to join are easy to inspect, and we do not keep any of our users keys
