Why is it great??
on this chain, you cant have more than 100% voting power. the system waits till you have nearly 100%, it then prevents that scenario by voting other members.
how is this done
it prevents abuse by tracking who votes and whos received votes, just keep posting and it will give you your outstanding votes. when youre behind, you will get more votes, when youre overpaid, it will spread to other users a bit first, ot makes a best effort to keep you on track numerically with the other users so if your unavailable to post for a while your account will remain active voting, and you can come back and enjoy more votes.
