on this chain, your VP stops regenerating when it hits 100%. the system waits till you have nearly 100%, then prevents that waste to support the group.
who receives votes
your position for a vote is determined by how many votes has been produced on your behalf, all you need to do is keep posting and youll get your votes based on your queue position. when youre behind, you will get more votes, when youre overpaid, it will spread to other users a bit first, it will slow down when youre overpaid and speed up otherwise so if you have to leave your computer for a while, you can come back and your account will catch up.
