How does it work??
on this chain, you cant have more than hundred percent voting power. the system waits till you have nearly 100%, this waste is prevented to support the group.
how is this done
it prevents abuse by tracking who votes and whos received votes, if you post every so often you should be able to get what you can get from it. when youre behind, you will get more votes, when youre overpaid, it will spread to other users a bit first, it will slow down when youre overpaid and speed up otherwise so all you have to do to catch up with votes is keep posting.
letting it vote and posting is how you optimize your accounts growth
