can you list me all of you symptoms of long covid?
even the insignificant ones, comparing the symptoms to other diseases.
once identified correctly, we got an upper hand.
because Covid reminds me of airborn Lyme or Lupus, with identical cures as well.
..
Brain fog/head pressure
Head aches
Blurred vision
high blood pressure/hypertension
Racing heart/palpitations - this occurs even if lying down/sleeping
Lymph gland blood clotting/ swollen glands
Fatigue
Tight feet & hands
Reduced levels of O2/shortness of breath
Heartburn/indigestion
Swollen gut
..
how long as this been going on? are the symptoms getting progressively better or worse?
..
For me, it's been a year and a half - progressively worsening.
However, my physicians prescribed low dose Lisinopril (ACE inhibitor) to manage and seemed to help stabilize along with strict fish & chicken & vegetable diet.
Improvements occurred when I started high levels of Niacin/Niacinamide and I was able to eat normally again, albeit my appetite is significantly reduced.
I had pre-existing vulnerabilities which included hypertension, hypothyroid, bad lipid & bad cholesterol levels prior to COVID.
Hypertension skyrocketed in March 2020, I couldn't get it down. I also started to have a painful, swollen lymph gland in my right leg. Also developed plantar fasciitis - never before happened (in used to run sprint triathlons, never before having it).
I would have to say the symptoms related to hypothyroidism/low thyroid: fatigue/low energy, depression, hypertension, heart palpitations, high bad cholesterol, high triglycerides.
I used more IVM than HCQ because it seemed to help calm my rapid heart better. In the end, it seemed like it could only do so much and my blood pressure/clotting continued. The doctor said there was a significant portion - I can't remember what they said exactly - maybe, 20% or so - of their patients continued having high blood pressure & clotting issues.
One of my brothers works for the Dallas Police Department. He said they had to change all of their physical policies because so many cops have too high blood pressure levels post COVID.
..
high blood pressure & blood clotting are common post-covid threads.
..
he is still struggling with long covid for a year & half, all his symptoms are identical to Lyme & Mycoplasma.
he is friends with a police officer in Dallas, says people over there are having the same issues, to the point the police department had to raise the high blood pressure safety level allowance for physical exams.
Professor Garth Nicholson explained those symptoms of unusual blood pressure from mycoplasma infection.
..
Yes - my symptoms were exacerbated by COVID. His too - he also had a history of Epstein-Barr, becoming quite ill in college for a year in the late 1980's - College Station, TX, where Texas A & M is located, is just 30 minutes or so away from Huntsville - the location of the prison community referenced by Dr. Nicholson.
