Oh there are many ways to unwind, like go with your kids for a picnic in the nearby park..or just take a short walk.

Don't you even try it, it is so painful for the legs..maybe just an hour of walk will do.

I have experienced this in the 60s in my hometown Parañaque ...we call it kalesa. It was fun passing the green ricefields.

Hahaha.. that is because of the gorgoyles you see in the facade of the old buildings....but they are only to remind people as sort of a punishmen when they do not worship or go to the church.
