Ja, ich stimme zu, dass die Sonne all diese positiven Auswirkungen auf unseren Körper hat. Kein Nahrungsergänzungsmittel (D3) kann die echte Wärme ersetzen, die die Sonne für unsere Gesundheit bietet.

Gestern hatten wir 32 °C in Aspern.. Wir haben versucht, in Richtung Lobau zu walking, mussten aber umkehren – um 14:30 Uhr war es einfach zu heiß.😎
