A Hard Fork that would REALLY HELP...

1. Reset rewards so that content CREATORS...i.e. the lifeblood of the platform, get the rewards they used to get.

The price is still sinking. Newbies are lacking. Retention rates are still falling. Activity levels are waning. Obviously, this SCAM (HF21) where the whales and witnesses told us that giving curators more rewards is NOT working, and WILL not work. It will drive content to the lowest possible denominator of "quality," increase bot voting, and do NOTHING it was claimed it would do to help the platform.

The results are already proving that those of us who complained about HF21 IN ADVANCE AND SINCE were right. Stop the damage, and revers it. NOW!

1. MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR INACTIVE POSTERS TO DOWNVOTE OTHERS.

It is unconscionable that people like @bloom who do NOTHING but downvote can incessantly attack another member without any consequence, AT ALL. He never posts, rarely resteems, and provides nothing of value to the platform, and yet he is allowed to downvote one user (in this case, yea, me) as many times as he has power to do so without ever explaining his actions, or providing an opportunity for discussion.

This is condoned THEFT of another's intellectual property, pure and simple, and also blatant first-amendment-violating censorship.

1. PROOF OF MIND FOR DOWNVOTING and reason for downvoting.

Bots are still the scourge of Steemit, ALL BOTs...in my opinion. But downvoting bots are the worse. Make people provide a reason for their downvote, and make them prove they ARE PEOPLE before a downvote can register it. Ideological downvoting should be banned from the platform.

PERIOD.

Something needs to separate us from the other CENSORSHIP-CRAZY social media platform, and right now, nothing does.
