Did you watch DHH's speech on the Ruby convention? I would recommend it

i think that is a very reasonable take Nova... good to see you are still around

that is correct my friend... :)

I used to be called hivesnaps back in the day... so the name remained hivesnaps for iOS

Back home... and, I got some good news too. For iOS users. #snapie for iOS should be updating any minute now. yusss

Bienvenido pana

On my way to the big city. Im going to see friends ive not seen for 28 years. Its going to be a unique day.

that was/is the idea... the more people participating, the less reliance on ONE server from us, the better we fare.

afaik nobody hosts 3speak videos except for us... so we do this already

The scaling issue with IPFS is well documented, and i wish it would just be one thing. off the top of my head A healthy IPFS repo is simply not maintainable after a certain size. From my experience, anything

honestly the initial idea behind SPK network makes a ton of sense... So it would be somewhat like that, with one tweak. Which would be a caching system of sorts that would keep viral and heavily accessed

sda 100.80% util 87ms read latency 154 reads/sec sdb 96.80% util 74ms read latency 159 reads/sec sdc 95.60% util 59ms read latency 158 reads/sec The whole raid is like this... simply for trying to run

Working on more tweaks on the 3speak supernode. I can't wait until we move away from being the only ones who store videos.

ohhh i'll look into that... yes that is the only thing im using it for... this is how i get notified when you send me msgs

hahahahahhahaah ded

Just got an email I need to migrate my firebase based feature on snapie-io Not looking forward to it at all...

still got tons more to add, like mood badges and the chat... but i think its pretty good for now. Thanks for the support Eliana

Aight folks... this is for Android users for now. I will be taping my brother @joseamenac to compile for me the iOS version
