Tile in progress!
Working on finishing up the master closet with some java colored 6x36” tile. Working with these monsters is a bit of a pain. Heavy! We are using the Spin Doctor leveling system. Basically

This is something minor I noticed in the hallway bathroom as the contractors are doing the subfloor currently: It is about 3/4” gap due to a measuring error. Would you complain and leave it alone...or

Neighbor tree damage...!
Glad this isn’t my garage, but bummed out for my neighbor at the same time. This happened yesterday during s mild wind storm: Did a a bit of damage to the gutters and punctured a hole in the roof.

New fridge cubby!
Cut a big hole in the wall for a new fridge. The old fridge was super small, and we had room to do so, so we cut a hole in a wall and that hole will now be where a new fridge goes: It was painful

Ditra prep for tile...
Master closet getting some attention today. Layed ditra down with modified thinset, to prep for tile: Tookway longer than it should because I am new to tile and thinset, but overall it came out nice.

Kitchen Drywall done...
Drywall is repaired, installed, and mudded in the kitchen. Demo was done a week ago and now things are being shaped back together. A cubby was cut out for the new fridge, and the old fridge cubby

Master Bathroom painted!
Even more livable now. We finished priming and painting the master bathroom. Came out great! Went with Alabaster white ceilings and Repose gray walls. Did it with Duration brand SW paint.

Pool in good shape now!
$200 in chemicals, pump running for 5 days straight, and a lot of skimming and cleaning...and boom, the pool is looking halfway decent! From the swamp it was a while back, this is good news. Feels

Pool on its way to clear water...
Just tested the water in the pool...and after a lot of filtering and chemical balancing, it is looking quite good! Water is mostly just cloudy now, but is a nice shade of blue. Will post some photos
