In the begininning,when God created the heavend and earth,in vs 2,the earth was without form(shape,specificity) and darkness was upon the face of the deep.
Face of the deep means intense or extreme part of the earth.Personified,it also means a person having all knowledge of things beyond the ordinary.
Back to business
God said let there be light and the light was good in vs 2. After creation of earth and seas, God saw that it was good for the second time. Trees and grasses were created and God saw it was good a third time.
How about the sun,moon and stars?,they were still good.
Whales and living creatures were made in vs21 and God saw thay they were good.
In vs25,God looked at all he had made from day 1 to 5 and saw that all of it was good.
Then came the blessing,the pronunciation of fruitfulness and multiplicity on them.
In vs26 of Genesis 1,God said
Let us make man in our image and after our likeness,and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea,over the birds of the air and over the cattle and even all the earth and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
●It is only man that God needed to consult and ask for the agreement,opinion and consideration of the heavens before creating.
● It is only man that God created in his image.
●It is only man that God blessed specially with dominion and power.
■This one is the most interesting to me,infact the reason for the caption.
In Genesis 1 vs31
God saw everything He had made and guess what?
It was VERY GOOD.
God needed to create man first, before everything could be seen as Very good.
