Actions indeed speak louder than words. And we often times find it easy to point fingers at others thinking we on our own end would have done things or handle a situation better. So, instead of pointing fingers, we should focus on improving ourselves, being the better person first, and then learn to as well live by those same standards.
It is well though, because thinking about it again now, it's obvious that the world we live in has in it more people who criticize than those that actually lead by example. It is not all about talks, it is all about what we do/practice.
