I love Wales and i used to do a lot of mountain biking around the area in the 90's. Sadly i went back to one of my special places and there were inner tubes and energy drink bottles lying around everywhere.

Winning the horse shoe pass hill climb and in top gear as normal, Wish i'd been a bit kinder on my knees now i'm middle aged. Yes i did used to push a big gear most the time i was racing which didn't help.
