Hey Actifitters, Yesterday started strong: for once I was awake much earlier, and decided to go for a run right away to avoid the suffocating heat later in the day. Nothing major, but around 6km, with

Hey Actifitters, Yesterday was kind of a transition day with little activity and mostly chill hangouts with different friends and family. So chill that I even forgot to snap photos, like I usually do.

Hey Actifitters, Another very clear and sunny sky yesterday. It's just damn hot unfortunately. So besides swimming (I need a swimming pool back home!!!), very little activity during the day and we kept

Hey Actifitters, Yesterday was the end of my journey to my hometown. For once, I slept through most of the first flight (that's what happens I guess when you skip sleeping for days before your trip). So

Hey Actifitters, Yesterday was the big day for the start of my trip, yay! Like I mentioned, lots of things to finish before and that meant zero sleep at all, it was cool. Le Chat didn't seem so cool though.

Hey Actifitters, Yesterday I had planned to jo8n a couple meetings only for work and spend time on cleaning the house and prepare my trip. Well that didn't happen of course. It was extremely busy at work

Hey Actifitters, It was the big day yesterday for the Queen of the Stone Age and Foo Fighters show at Ford Field in Detroit, home of the Lions. But our activities started as usual with a quick walk with

Hey Actifitters, Yesterday didn't go as planned at all! It started normally with a busy day at work. But in the afternoon, I was taking a short break with an espresso in front of the TV, all good so far.

Hey Actifitters, Yesterday was way too busy at work and once again we had to rely on our daily walk to the forest for our sole real activity of the day (even though it brings in steps, I'm not counting

Hey Actifitters, Really not much to report for yesterday, it was mostly a busy routine work day. I had decent stepping during the day thanks to a few long phone calls, but besides that, our only real activity

Hey Actifitters, To finish the week, we had a busy schedule. First we started with a trip to get Kaia's food, it's a little bit far, at the very least a 50 minutes drive if traffic is light. But she likes

Hey Actifitters, Not very fun but yesterday was supposed to be mostly about house clean up. As you might remember, this is not exactly our specialty, if we do it, that's good, but if we don't, that's cool

Hey Actifitters, It's a bit late on Saturday here, but I guess not too late for a late Caturday with my Actifit report for yesterday. And of course, we have to start with Le Chat showing us again one of

Hey Actifitters, Yesterday was another day of immense activity for Le Chat: Even holding her head up seems to be too much work for her! Clearly it wasn't a day she was going to follow us to the forest.

Hey Actifitters, It's a little busy at work these days, and so our activities stay pretty much the same every day. It often starts with Le Chat relaxing at one of her favorite spots on the deck. Then in

Hey Actifitters, When the day is a little too boring routine like it was yesterday, there's always Le Chat to entertain us. Even just trying to eat grass, she cracks us up with all the weird faces! She's

Hey Actifitters, A routine day to start the work week yesterday. Le Chat was as usual too tired to do pretty much anything... So, for our daily walk, we just went to the small forest without her. Kaia

Hey Actifitters, Nothing much to report yesterday, just a quiet Sunday. And that's where Le Chat thrives! Of course, we didn't skip on our daily walk, we just went a little earlier. In the small forest,

Hey Actifitters, I had planned lots of things to do yesterday, including errands, maybe another run at a park where we can find a little uphill trails (pretty rare in Michigan where everything is flat),

Hey Actifitters, When we went out in the yard yesterday, Le Chat was clearly trying to tell us something... She was right, deer were here again, all over the yard. They did jump in the front yard when
