... and then raises his arms in a sort of disbelief gesture, three times? That is not the kind of gesture i would expect from that kind of dialog.
Maybe a Secret Service agent is aware that if he would tell the truth, and the truth is different from what he proposedly says, then he would have been as dead as a Hillary Clinton leaker
