This is one of my favorite dishes. We usually accompany it with a lettuce seasoned with vinaigrette. It looks so good and appetizing that you made me hungry 🙂

I love the taste of rhubarb! My favorite is rhubarb jam. Sadly it is not widely available where I live. Maybe I should grow my own.
