Hello, @cli4d. I'm from Cebu po☺️ and I like to eat fried eggs during rainy days too. Utan Bisaya and Pritong isda are very famous here in Cebu and I think in some parts of the Philippines too. I think the other name for Ginamos is Bagoong while Sukang Tuba is a kind of vinegar made from the fermented nectar of a coconut tree and it's also famous as a kind of native liquor too.
