Very moody skies, nice !

Cheers @j85063 ! , we thought the ten year fix well worth it in the current climate!

Cheers @allcapsnozero ! Been going on so long I hope so too, we have at least £1500 in solicitors fees to pay no matter what so really hope so.

Thank you @harpreetjanda !

I appreciate the shoutout and the technical!

Yes i agree, stocks should not be forgotten neither!

Thats a very valid point.

Thats a really good point re Russia and china, I have also heard about that - Have not personally looked into it yet but you are the second person to mention it.

Many thanks @kerrisravenhill ! Happy holidays to you too:)

Cheers man, pretty pleased with that result!

I have always found the Perth mint to be the best for quality control, just don't seem to get the issues there that the royal mint seems to have! lovely coin.

Thats awesome! good luck mate im sure some will come back in, some people are just to picky and expect a pf70 coin every time.

I know your pain mate, that was me last year for the three graces. Hopefully next year we both get one!

Thank you:) i got the one that means i get the portrait coin in march too so very lucky:) last year i had a disappointment and got nothing after hours of waiting so really pleased.

Ballsy move but could pay of handsomely for sure!

I think here when that happens the property goes to auction and tends to find its market value that way, auctions is certainly something to consider though!

I know 250k is a insane amount but yep thats what it is. A house for 3010 is amazing! Thank you.

Thank you, Good luck to you too in achieving that.

Looks to be a beautiful finish on this coin! never seen one in the hand yet but looks good.

Never knew this, interesting!
