Está planta salió en la terraza del apartamento de mi hija

Hoy Fuy a llevar algo de jamón y queso a dónde mi hija y de repente veo afuera en el patio de la azotea habían salido esas plantas que estaban super grandes, salieron del piso justo después del terremoto, ya que en esa parte se calleron unos muros que habían.

La publique en mis estados de WhatsApp y me dijeron que se me conoce como cresta de gallo, me parece está linda me gustan los colores, de lo que pude leer es que en regiones de África se consume sus plantas igual que la espinaca, conteniendo vitamina A y C, calcio y hierro, con sus semillas y flores se pueden hacer infusiones, lo que me parece interesante es que puede atraer mariposas y abejas, no necesita casi nada de riego. Creo será una buena opción para tener en mi apartamento ya sea en el balcón o en el patio interno, porque se verdad me encanta su estética y colores.

Today I went to drop off some ham and cheese at my daughter's place, and I suddenly noticed some huge plants growing out on the rooftop patio. They sprouted right after the earthquake, emerging from the ground where some walls had previously collapsed.

I posted a photo on my WhatsApp status, and people told me it's known as "cockscomb" (cresta de gallo). I think it's lovely—I really like the colors. From what I've read, the plant is consumed like spinach in parts of Africa and is rich in vitamins A and C, calcium, and iron; its seeds and flowers can be used to make herbal infusions. What I find particularly interesting is that it attracts butterflies and bees and requires almost no watering. I think it would be a great option for my apartment—either on the balcony or in the inner courtyard—because I truly love its look and colors.
