I already cancelled my delegated RC to someone.

The RC that would be sent to other person is taken or subtracted to the MAX RC in which if the delegator cancelled it's delegation to other person it would be back or added on the delegators MAX RC and would be subjected to the recharge of RC used which depends on the HP.
