Would not doing Hivefest at all as is, and just merging it into Chainculture be possible? Maybe adjust branding a bit. "Which major communities are present. Hive is here." -> Gets its own area, or whatever.

Would that save money? We saw last time how many people showed up from outside of Hive to Chainculture and how many showed up to the Hivefest days. The difference was 5-10x.

We would get all the same Hivers anyways there, but all the attendance Chainculture (being brand neutral) gets as well. And networking is what we need.

I always thought Hivefest is a "nice to have" and Chainculture absolutely necessary.
