Snazzy @livinguktaiwan! That's the way to go. We all need to repurpose rather than throw out. One can also get creative. It's a nice feeling when you've done something like that, right? No longer a real bummer😉
I've cut off long sleeves on blouses that I seldom wear.
My Mom used to shock me now and then by cutting off the legs of jeans and slacks during the summer months; the only difference was that there was nothing wrong with them. But, she used to say they were old and she would buy new ones for winter😉
