It's incredible history. This side of the country is extremely rugged, so having to travel with all your supplies in tow, including the boat, was no easy task. Plus they were often at odds with the locals who did not like seeing strangers in their territory.

I've never been to Fort Vancouver, but it looks like it has the same frontiers look as Fort Langley.
