I have right now a specific voting power...
let's say I buy now more STEEMS and power-up my account to double my total voting power....
Will it affect my past voting content? I mean will my power boost the content I already voted or only my future voted content...I guess only my future voted content....
And now comes a suggestion-idea...
Would it make any sense that powering up our accounts affect our past votes on content also? At least a little bit like 5% for example! That would give more motivation for users to power up their accounts and due the little % it would not incentive reward manipulation schemes. what do you think?
