Preparing my next trip I've been reformatting memory cards, so I came across some cat portraits from a few weeks ago!
A fisheye lens is not meant for portraits! I guess he was both scared and curious?
We're not totally sure if its Zimba or Marigold, they do look quite the same, especially with that expression haha!
I will do something on the two white ones later, its a weird thing... They are as identical as twins can be, but their mothers are Charcoal and Tiger!
Makes me wonder how cat genetics work...
My wife commented that she looks professional here hehe, and that is true, when Tiger and Charcoal is away she takes her job as lead cat very seriously!
Leica is one of the 3 golden ones that grew up literally around and sometimes on top of me, the problem now is that he has no limits to what he can eat... So we will have to work on that!
Charcoal is a real character. Her life was scary from the beginning, so sometimes she goes into a type of panic mode, but that also makes her strong!
I really like this image, the whiskers are the motif really. It might win out when I get around to creating an official cat portrait portfolio!
