morning exercise and meditation, daily acitivities Dear friends, Going to the park for morning physical exercise and meditation had became part of my routine. Yesterday, I walked and jogged for over one kilometer distance in the park and meditated at the meditation center for one hour.

When I arrived home, I continued to build a leave shredder using the motor from a broken blender machine. It took me like the whole day to come up with a small shredder. Yet, I hadn't tested it. I cut the gas container, made a blade out of steel sheet to built it.

And I did some house chores also. I tested a new way of making compost by using kitchen waste put in a plastic container in the ground. I had to make holes in the plastic container so that earthworm and other microorganism could enter it.

At night before going to bed, I recited bead and some sutta, which were my religious routine. Those were some of the activities for yesterday. 21st May 2026 @princekham
