Conclusion
Many participants of about 100 users took part in this lottery. However, most users had low-power despite two selection rules was expected to encourage the participation of whales. As a result, the policy for allocation to the 50% -50% is considered not to promote the participation of a whale.
Next lottery will be conducted after a hard fork. We will see and observe for changes in voting power that is being updated.
