Yeah it was a really nice set of islands. Online a lot of sites refer to it as a European Hawaii. I've never been to Hawaii so I can't say how accurate that description is. It was definitely peaceful.

The sleeping dog was pretty funny to see. There were no cars around at that time and the location wasn't on a major road or anything. It was very quiet on the streets that day.

I like the title. Thats how I feel about my projects as well. Looks good! As long as it gets the job done thats the important thing. There is something very satisfying about organizing and cleaning a space.

Thats a tough question. I went in with no real expectations. I guess I was surprised at how easy it was to travel around the islands driving. The roads were really good there.

I've never done ribs in a pressure cooker or crock pot but I know that a lot of people do. I don't own either device but I've been thinking about getting a crock pot. Ribs in 30 minutes is wildly fast.
