Oh dear, come to Venezuela. here 1 small bag of oats say 500 grams costs 1 dollar at the change here. 1 dollar costs nearly 400 Bolivares and that is the pension salary. So for my pension I get 500 grams

Well, when you are diabetic you have to control sugar in all forms it presents. But I eat something sweet on Sundays, once a week because the body ask you, and I don't like to be fanatic. Vegan people
