Thank you! I know!! I wonder the same. I was baking in the rocks yet ankle deep in the snow. I was so warm I had to roll up my pants to cool off even walking thru the snow until we reached to windy part.

Cool red chairs just for enjoying the view! It's a Parks Canada signature feature. They have 2 red chairs at major viewpoints in all of the national parks across Canada. I love taking pictures of them

Amazing anything can even grow up there! Yes the flowers in the Rockies are amazing. We are just on the cusp. Mid July is peak mountain wildflower season. I would imagine the Rockies and the Alps having

I promise I will...you wont fall tho, you can drive a truck on that ice, even set up a fishing cabin and sleep on it. The people that fall in are the ones on it when it's too thin or walking on shelf ice

Canada, I could give a course on snow! lol. I don't care for it much but it does some pretty incredible things. Walking on super clear window like ice of deep lakes is neat too. You can see all the fishies

That's pretty cool that you can get that close to it. Some glaciers here you can hike to, the ones in the post like the Athabasca glacier is full of crevasses so you need a guided tour to get on or with
