I spray with the lights on. Im only using 100 watt. Best way is to spray 2 hours before lights out low light or 1 hour before lights on. The stomata open-up during thoes times.

Im using Mars Hydrow. I have 3 of them. No issues. I can't compare Mars Hydrow to anything else since I haven't used them. Good luck.

No didn't see it. I just looked into it; Kelp Me Kelp You is the replacement for silica. Apparently it has the same effect.
