RE: Straight to the Moon (Artemis Launch video)
Indeed it is going to be quite a quick ride. I'm guessing more to spy on what others may have been doing on the other side, or scout future possibilities. But not to start any conspiracy theories. lol

RE: Straight to the Moon (Artemis Launch video)
Been here 2 years now, and only the third one I've caught, but yes it's still a thrill and feel lucky to have so close since I'm a bit of a hermit lol.

Thanks for making the effort! Yes, The ones that make the jellyfish cloud is the rockets that feed the skytrain satellites up into the air. I think we are on the same page. :)

Not the sky train. When they launch the starlink satellites, the rocket exhaust often leaves this big jelly fish looking cloud in the sky during the early morning launches.

Ahh, you're too kind. But thanks! It certainly was more of a challenge than I originally thought. I'll be doing a little different next time. Really wanting to capture one of the SpaceX jellyfish clouds

Exactly right. I thought the flight was going to be on the other side of that darn pole! Maybe next time I'll get to the beach for a better shot without all the houses and clutter!

RE: Drone Aerial Photography - One Afternoon, One Beach, A Thousand Stories from the Air
Welcome back! Been a while and nice to see you back. Your beach looks more crowded than ours this week for sure. While the Daytona Spring Break crowds are clearing, it's a little quieter up here near Flagler

RE: Early Armadillo Day
They are cute in the woods, but I don't know that I would want them tearing up the yard. We had one here last year, but only saw it once or twice, I think maybe one the neighbors got rid of it as a couple

Yes, he'll love it. I haven't tried it yet on my sword, but should do nicely for a machete.

Double thumbs up on the sharpener. It sure makes it a lot easier than plain stone, sticks, or honing steel. Of course if you have a buddy to sharpen for you even better!

Great pics and flight. This would be a great place to take a metal detector and maybe find some spearheads or even sword! Love the way the drone got closer shots of the shoulders and upper parts of the

RE: Flagler Beach above and below the Fog with Drone Video
I must say it was really cool when it first popped over the clouds and could see the sun and clear skies above. Then strange to dive back into the blinding thick fog. A fun experience I'll certainly try

Thanks. That was actually my first time of trying to fly up blind through the fog. It was simply amazing to see it pop up above the clouds to that sunrise in live mode. Yes, great warning about the machinery.

Yes, it was certainly thick. Most I've seen here in a while. It took until like 11am for it to all burn off.

Looks like great fun. I'd like to see about half a dozen turned loose at the same time racing through the obstacles. Of course there might be some fallout, but that's part of the fun!

RE: Married or not
Totally agree. My wife (yes, we did cave, more for benefits than other). Our philosophy is that "Marriage is a state of mind, not a piece of paper" -- KK, 2008. Enjoy what you have, and ignore
