One advantage of the higher price is that smaller accounts now pass the dust level. My upvotes are worths something for more or less the first time since I go a steem account.

Sure. The power down time is what protects Hive from from all to extreme pump and dump. And surprisingly todays statistics shows more power up then down. Transfer to exchanges is on a linear increase.

Interesting. Both chains have more activity with the recent increase in value. But “accounts transacting” is only marginally up. So it seems to be more activity from the accounts which never left.
