I won't be too upset if it crashes, I am just playing with profit at this point. Yes, it's very tough, the stock market is at all-time highs, same with property. So unless you need the money it's very difficult to know what to do. I still think there's potential for at least another 2 x from here, with it still being relatively small in comparison to other projects.
