Actually on the Aleutian chain there is not a single tree in sight - because its too cold for the trees and winds can get up to 200km/h which completely wipes everything out. But thats just a normal thing

I personally love hiking, especially in the winter - in Alaska just hearing the snow crack under your feet is such a special feeling. Hope you had a wonderful hike! Thank you for sharing😉
