Hey @basilmarples — I saw that you’re trying to upload a product and it’s not going through properly.

Please try uploading the product and when you click submit, wait a few minutes without touching your browser at all. I think your internet is being interrupted before the download is competed (likely because of a page refresh right after you click submit upon adding a product).
