The driver already fucked up at 1:42 when he answered the cop, who ENGAGED the driver first, not the other way around, with his question of "Do you have a driver's license please, insurance and registration."
Follow these 3 rules when being engaged by any perceived "Authority":
Repeat those phrases, as applicable, until you are blue in the face.
Meet force with equal force, but never escalate, in any way.
Record everything, always.
Avoid insults, stay calm, be nice and smile. Unless you have left a victim somewhere and you have clearly endangered a human life in some way, those "Authorities" have no power over you at all. No victim, no crime.
YOU are not a Citizen, or a Person, or the Legal Fiction name (in ALL CAPS for Americans), to which your parents assigned to you at birth on that government Certificate.
Simple Common Law versus Admiralty Maritime Law.
Don't fight these people, just leave their constructs completely.
