The Deed is the document that sits on IPFS (instead of a digital artwork) and gets hashed in with the NFT token. This way you could track real properties, "physical mediums" as you stated, and buy or sell that home on any agorist market and actually be able to prove that you own it without having to trust a lawyer or a "clear title", etc. Of course, existing contracts will become null and void in the coming "Great Reset", so this new form of Deeds could be a way forward.
