context is key
Context: Markets are shifting their focus to Europe, where the ECB will provide its first interest rate decision since the U.K. voted to leave the EU. Much like the Bank of England, the central bank is likely to wait for post-Brexit data to be released before making any significant policy decisions, but may tweak its bond-buying program.
Plan: Globex is bearish (GBT2160), moving in value within 2138-2168. It seems an open auction so first idea is wait for more clues about dominant force (BSP) and then play setups towards that direction.
