Without a rest
The weekend arrives and joy takes over me because there are two days to rest and sleep, since there is no work until Monday. But my dream disappears and reminds me that there are clothes to wash and a house to clean, so that although the expectation of Sunday is to watch many movies all day, the reality is that it is a day for washing.
I could decide, do nothing, pretend I don't know, that I have to do all that and enjoy my days; but there is a voice in my head that tells me over and over again that I need to do it, that I like the house cleaner and the laundry basket empty. So I start with that other type of work, as early as possible so that I have some free time.
If there is something that multiplies quickly in just one week, it is dirty laundry, especially when you do not live alone, but have a family and there are four people at home. That is why there is a practical option to apply in these cases and that is to divide the work among everyone, to be fair and equitable everyone must collaborate.
In the end, good results are obtained when everyone helps, there is a space and quality time to share together or everyone rests in their own way. Also applause for whoever invented the washer and dryer that have made our lives easier.
