When you think of the logistics, it is pretty impressive. They work all night so the snow is off the roads by morning, and there is another army of private contractors we can hire to do our driveways.

It looks like a bundt cake on a cake platter. I always think that too. One comment I will make about the cold is that our homes are very well insulated and heated, nice and cosy.

Snow is a big memory of my childhood. I'm not into the cold and didn't like -27 C last week but I know that's not really cold yet!
