Welcome to 2022, wishing my good wishes to all the great family of hive, and opening the doors and sales, to the simple things, like the smile of a child and the hope that this year that begins, come loaded with health, to break the chains of the pandemic in which was involved in 2021.
Starting with a touch of sweetness and good wishes, I prepare a milky sweet or papaya sweet as it is known in some countries. The first thing I did was to look for some green milkshakes and grate them so that they would release the whitish milk, leaving them in the dark all night long. To prepare this sweet you have to take into account the magic touch that each family has in particular and I say this because there are different ways to make it, since its consistency and texture depends on the procedure and the ingredients used.
There are those who like it al dente, others softer, but with a golden color as it is characterized, almost caramelized, in my particular case I like it al dente on the surface and with a softness inside where the flavors that come out of the syrup that is housed in the pieces of milkweed are released. If you are sad, this sweet will cheer up your soul.
